The High Efficiency Stillage Concentration system is provided on a modular basis to allow for easy installation at an existing facility with minimal expense and little disruption to plant operations.

The system is completely fabricated prior to shipment and delivered on-site in three, separate modules. Each module is sized to allow for over the road transport (maximum module size is 14'H x 13'W x 48'L).
The unique design of the HESC™ system allows for a complete modular solution for installation of the unit.
The system is supplied complete with all ancillary equipment, piping, valving, instrumentation, wiring, insulation, platforming, and decking. Electrical and control panels, including a PLC and motor starters, are also located on the skid as supplied.
